Drop Off

  1. Animal drop off is M-F 7-9 a.m. for day of appointment or 2-4p.m. for day before appointment 

  2. We do NOT accept animals on weekends or more than 24 hours prior to appointment

  3. $350 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within one business day of scheduled appointment

  4. We cannot accept animals with horns spanning greater than 30 inches.

  5. Animals must walk off the trailer to be accepted

  6. Minimum Live Weight: Beef--700lbs  Pork--100lbs

  7. Maximum Live Weight: 2,000lbs

Processing

  1. Minimum processing fee for beef $650 for a whole, $350 for a half (basic butchering only, extras will be additional).

  2. Must have beef cut sheet turned in no later than 7 days after drop off. After day 7, the I O standard cut sheet will be entered and no changes will be accepted.

  3. Must have pork cut sheet turned in no later than 2 days after drop off. After day 2, the I O standard cut sheet will be entered and no changes will be accepted.

  4. If you are selling the animal, we must have customer information (name, phone number, and email) or a completed cut sheet at drop off.

Pick Up

  1. Do NOT come to pick up unless you have been notified

  2. We accept cash, check, debit and credit card (payment not accepted over the phone)

  3. Pick up M-F 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m. Saturday Appointment Only Meat is packaged in boxes 7x14x20. Coolers will not be necessary if you are traveling within a 3 hour radius.

  4. All meat not picked up within 7 days of notification, will be charged $5 per box per day freezer fee. Meat not picked up within 30 days will be sold for processing fees.
